Dexpot is a tool which allow you to organize windows into different virtual desktop.
For me, I have opened the outlook, Words in Desktop One.
And the web browsers for web surfing (more than 10 windows) will be under in Desktop Two.
And the development environment(IDE, dos prompt, database etc) would be setup in Desktop Three.
You can change to different desktop easily by pressing "Windows" Key+ "Left"Key/"Right" Key.
Another good function "Desktop Rule", is also recommended. You can preset some common application to run on particular/all Desktop. For example, For Windows Live Messenger, I have preset to be run on all Desktop.
There is also a portable version (Dexpot portable), so that you can carry it in USB stick.
